These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms of ”) are entered into between CCM28 SRL ( BE765678903 , Avenue Legrand 5, 1330 Rixensart, BELGIUM ) (hereinafter the “Company”) and any non-trading natural person (hereinafter the “Customer”) navigating, reading or consulting the Website https://www.ccm28.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”). The Company and the Customer are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties”.

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to The Website at anytime if the company believe that the customer have engaged in or facilitated any of the above-listed behavior or breached any obligations set out in this Terms of Use.

The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content posted on the Website and shall not be held liable for any damages whatsoever as a result of its use or application. 3. Applicable Law and Judicial Powers

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use or use of the website in any other respect shall, unless amicably settled, be subject to conciliation. In the event of failure of the latter, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. The competent courts in the event of a dispute shall be the Belgian courts.

The Website complies with Belgian law; the Company in no way guarantees it to be compliant with the local legislation applicable to the Customer if he/she accesses the Website from countries other than Belgium.
