These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms of ”) are entered into between CCM28 SRL ( , Avenue Legrand 5, 1330 Rixensart, BELGIUM ) (hereinafter the “Company”) and any non-trading natural person (hereinafter the “Customer”) navigating, reading or consulting the Website https://www.ccm28.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”). The Company and the Customer are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties”.

The Parties agree that these Terms of Use exclusively govern their relationship. The Company reserves the right to occasionally amend the Terms of Use. They shall be applicable as soon as they appear online.

The Website is intended for the use of free access users and registered users, for the purpose of sharing information about pharmaceutical temperature controlled supply chain, in an interactive and collaborative manner. The customer agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Company from any loss, damage or claim, including legal costs and fees, arising from the breach of these obligations.

The customer agree to act in a respectful and professional manner when using The Website. The customer agree to note create a false identity, misrepresent its identity or create a user profile for anyone other than itself, or use another account.

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to The Website at anytime if the company believe that the customer have engaged in or facilitated any of the above-listed behavior or breached any obligations set out in this Terms of Use.

In no event shall The Company be responsible for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of information or advice posted by any user on the website. The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content posted on the Website and shall not be held liable for any damages whatsoever as a result of its use or application. The responsibility for the interpretation and use of the content lies with the reader and/or user.

The Website may contain links to resources on external websites. The company is not responsible for the accuracy or content of any external link. 3. Applicable Law and Judicial Powers

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use or use of the website in any other respect shall, unless amicably settled, be subject to conciliation. In the event of failure of the latter, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. The competent courts in the event of a dispute shall be the Belgian courts.

The Website complies with Belgian law; the Company in no way guarantees it to be compliant with the local legislation applicable to the Customer if he/she accesses the Website from countries other than Belgium.
